By now, you've hopefully tried out both the Yang and Chen styles of Tai Chi. If you have, you'll surely have noticed a few moves felt different somehow.

In this outdoor panel, we will walk you through some of the differences, highlight their stance and/or execution. This will hopefully help you find a style that fits you best.
